God: "If a man chooses me he gets to determine the basis on which the relationship will be run, it is almost as though he has created me in his image and not the other way around.
But actually the real truth is; I pursue him and as a result I get to determine, or it should be me who gets to determine, the basis on which the relationship will be run. And that basis is grace, mercy, love, forgiveness and a Creator who runs to you.
Which is the second reason it's so important that I choose you, not the other way around.
If you think you chose me, you'll end up thinking it's you who runs after me, and because the enemy helps you to think this, you end up thinking that as you pursue me, I run from you. But that's not true. I am the father who runs to you.
I chose you and I keep choosing you. You're great.
'You did not choose me, but I chose you.' John 15:16"
